Brisbane flood

The last week was hard to live normaly because in Brisbane was comming the flood.
The first few days were quiet and nobody want to make the protection in his house only the day beforce of flood all people were starting to buy sandbag, water, food, ecc..
My appartament is situation near to the river and the last day I decided to move in a hotel because I was afraid about the flood.  This hotel was very expensinve but I think dosen't matter when you want safe your life and your stuff, the most important is that now I'm alive and nothing happened.

After 2 days of flood the river became normaly the right level but so many people lost his house or in some place are dirty.
South bank was all underwater and the "fake" beach I think for 1 month isn't aviabale. A lot of port were destroyed and the citycat can't to work.

Sydney trip

I went 5 days at Sydney with Silvio and others 3 friends.
I passed a nice new Year in Sydney and I visited the city and some beach.

The travel to go at Sydney it was very long, 11 hours with car and when we started we didn't have booked anything. This made us to drive for 11 hours because all motel, backpacker and other were full.
By the way, we arrived in the camping and mounted the tent, a big tend for 12 pepole but we were only 5 :).

The city was beautiful and very big, in the night was more beautiful with the light of opera and building.

We did the tipical trip,  go to beach, citiy, ecc and then 1 day before to come back we were booked a backpacker. Everything seems to go good but when we arrived at backpacker the manager told me which were full.
We are very luckly :) but don't worry, the next 4 km we found a cambins for 25 a person.

The next day we returned at Bayron Bayand here we met 2 girls from Ticino :) who cooked a good pizza!
